YAY!!!

Hello my friends, I have missed you all of late, due to the problems caused at the Hostboard offices after being vandalized.

I had a great Christmas, I had several Christmas dinners, One with my Sister, One with some new & Dear friends who have made me feel like part of their family, and with one of my Neighbors (& I have enough leftovers in the refridgerator to last til after New Years)

It feels good to see hostboard back up and running!!!

I am MAD as can be at my internet provider!!! They called with a good offer, faster Internet, a flatrate for calls within germany and all together still saving money. I asked 3 times if I had to change anything with my settings, if I needed a new modem or anything and I was told 3 times that I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my new deal with them. Yeah, freaking right!!! Just don't ask how much they really pissed me off!!! All I can say is that it took me this long to get my old deal back and to get everything working again. I went to the internet cafe but they are closed till Jan 2nd,...

However, its good to be back!!!

Oh Good Lord Susanne...I wondered what was going on!
When I switched last about 2 months ago I had a similiar problem. Yep told me everything will be just as it was with my old carrier but 2 days into the new service I started getting a ton of solicitation calls at all hours, people trying to sell me stuff or WHATEVER. Turns out Cox didn't keep my number unilisted like ATT had...and in a mattr of only 10 days my number had gone out all the hell over the country. Finally got that corrected and the calls are slowing down...sonsabitches!!! [img]mad.gif[/img]

I really wonder why one would wanna piss off its customers like that eh? I'm just glad its fixed now and I might as well stick with what I have now, too much trouble*L
